Product Features
Suction truck used in a variety of liquid, semi-liquid, as well as a variety of ditches below the sludge, feces, wastewater, mixed with suspended debris sludge, small bricks, gravel and other media pumping, loading, discharging, but also can be used for emergency treatment of sudden environmental pollution accidents. Fully utilizing the vacuum technology, the double overflow prevention pump device can better avoid overflow and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump. Functionality
The special part of the suction truck consists of extractor, drive shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipe network system, vacuum pressure gauge, see manure window, hand-washing device, etc. The truck is equipped with high-power vacuum suction pump and high-quality hydraulic system, the tank head is die-casting molding, the tank can be opened after the tank, double-top tipping. The dirt in the tank can be dumped directly through the back cover, with high vacuum (greater than the suction of the suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, more versatile features.
Working Principle
Vehicle start, hook up the extractor, drive the suction pump, suction pump operation to extract the air in the dirt tank, due to the suction hose is always submerged in the liquid surface, the air in the dirt tank is pumped, because it can not be replenished and more and more thin, resulting in the pressure in the tank is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the dirt liquid that is used in the atmospheric pressure, through the suction hose into the tank.
